Mental Health Professional at California Health and Recovery Solutions, PC – Redding, California

Position Description:

We’re seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to provide clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and crisis support for individuals in our behavioral health programs. In this role, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services that promote stability, recovery, and dignity for every person served.

What You’ll Do

Conduct screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning.

Provide evidence-based therapy (individual and group) to individuals served.

Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed.

Document all assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately and on time.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.

Ensure all services comply with licensure standards, ethical guidelines, and facility policies.

Support a culture of empathy, accountability, and clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Training

Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline (required)

Experience

At least one (1) year of experience in a mental health treatment program (required)

Two (2) years of experience working with the population served (preferred)

Experience in a secure or hospital setting (preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist) (required)
