Baking Team at Urth Caffe – Hawthorne, California

• Mix ingredients according to established recipes and production schedules

• Shape and handle dough properly to ensure consistency and quality

• Monitor proofing times and baking temperatures

• Depan bread carefully while maintaining product integrity

• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the baking team to meet daily production goals

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted

• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions

Our baking team works round the clock to prepare fresh hot bread, pastries, etc that gets delivered to our café every morning. Physical Demands

Hourly Pay Range- Applicable to CA locations only

$19.50 - $19.50
