Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize table turnover

- Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant and menu offerings

- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area

- Support team members to ensure a positive and efficient dining environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
