Position Overview:

McKinney Regulatory Science Advisors and McKinney Specialty Labs are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that support growth across our laboratory testing and consulting services.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, strengthen industry positioning, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate is skilled at translating complex scientific, technical, and regulatory services into clear, compelling messaging for both technical and executive audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that support growth for the companies' laboratory testing, analytical and consulting services.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, scientific, and regulatory teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities and client needs.
  • Plan and manage industry conferences, trade shows, and client events, including booth development, promotional materials, and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain company websites and digital presence, ensuring technical accuracy and strong SEO performance.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and targeted industry platforms to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Create and distribute technical newsletters and marketing communications highlighting laboratory capabilities, regulatory insights, and industry trends.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, white papers, and case studies that communicate the companies’ scientific and regulatory expertise.
  • Support development of thought leadership content, including technical articles, webinars, and conference presentations.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and demonstrate marketing ROI.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years of project or campaign management.
  • Experience in scientific services, laboratory testing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, environmental science, agriculture, or food safety industries strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries and regulatory communications is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing, digital campaign management, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Experience with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress preferred.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory information into clear marketing messages.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across scientific, regulatory, and business development teams.
