A Day in the Life

As an Office Administrative Assistant, your day will revolve around keeping the office running seamlessly. You’ll greet visitors and serve as the go-to person at the front desk, while also juggling calendar coordination and administrative tasks. Between assisting employees, managing supplies, and working with vendors, You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and making sure daily operations stay on track.

Schedule

Full-time position

Monday – Friday

Requirements:

Responsibilities


• Provide exceptional customer service to dental offices via phone and email
• Schedule new incoming cases accurately in the system
• Coordinate case timelines and adjust production schedules as needed
• Communicate shipping updates and scheduling changes to customers
• Track cases, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor rush cases and ensure on-time completion
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve scheduling issues
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience required
• Experience working as a scheduler, coordinator, or similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and dental offices.

• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Outlook
