This role is designed for a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for systems, data, and operational excellence. You will manage and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring workflows are efficient, data is accurate, and the HR team has the tools and insights needed to support employees and business objectives. This position combines technical system administration with process improvement and offers opportunities to contribute to AI-driven initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You will collaborate with HR leadership, manage benefits administration, support compliance reporting, and provide backup payroll support as needed. The environment is fast-paced, technology-forward, and requires both independent initiative and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and maintain the end-to-end HRIS ecosystem, including configuration, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems.
- Administer employee lifecycle transactions, benefit elections, position management, user access, and EDI file feeds with benefit carriers.
- Produce HR reports, maintain clean and audit-ready data, and support compliance reporting such as ACA and EEO-1.
- Partner with HR leadership and Total Rewards teams to support open enrollment, benefit questions, and vendor coordination.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to reduce manual effort, enhance data quality, and scale operations.
- Serve as backup for payroll processing, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Participate in AI initiatives to design and implement technology-driven enhancements to HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in HR systems, HRIS analysis, or HR operations, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring HRIS/HCM systems; UKG Ready administration experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with benefits administration, EDI file feeds, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application to HR process optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage confidential information.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
