Family Matters DMH is hiring Direct Support Staff , CNA's, and QDDP's

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, pending experience

Requirements for position:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Automotive insurance
• You must be able to pass a back ground check or provide a good cause waiver

* Med Aid level 1 and CPR/ First aid training is offered by the company to the right individuals.

Paid Vacation after 1 year of continuous service as a FT employee

Holiday Pay if you work the said holiday

DSPs work directly with individuals. Following their individualized support plan. This means they'll often spend extended hours in the home or care facilities of their clients, and help provide day-to-day care with activities such as showering, toileting, transferring, eating, traveling, scheduling appointments, handling finances, administering medications, and more. The client is encouraged and expected to do all of these things to the best of their ability.
