This position is based out of our Owensboro location.

Summary:

The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring field personnel, primarily Service Technicians, to ensure quality service delivery and maximize team performance. This position oversees daily field operations, ensuring compliance with standards, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide technical and mentorship support for field personnel and assist staff with major problems as necessary.

  • Coach and train Service Technicians to maximize every opportunity presented, including upselling products and services, and building loyal clientele.

  • Plan, coordinate, and direct all service work and installation projects efficiently.

  • Handle customer service complaints in a professional manner with a focus on achieving "more than satisfied customers."

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to provide leadership, direction, and support to the team.

  • Strong ability to recruit, hire, and train team members.

  • Proficient in conflict management and process improvement.

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees, verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Master license in HVAC (or other relevant Master-level certification, such as Plumbing).

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • NATE or other professional training certifications.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to operate tablet, mobile phone and other field equipment as needed.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 100lbs repeatedly during work hours.

  • Ability to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hours.

  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hours.

  • Ability to work in small and confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.

  • Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor).

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locations.

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
