Verification Specialist at QC Verify, LLC – Brentwood, Tennessee

QC Verify, LLC (QCV) is looking for part-time Information Verification Specialists to join our remote team!

We are a nationwide leader in audit and quality control services for the mortgage and financial industries. We’re looking for detail‑oriented, confident communicators who are comfortable making verification calls. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Makes 40+ outbound phone calls per day to verify information
• Sends and follows up on emails or faxes to confirm document details and obtain results
• Reviews documents for accuracy before making calls
• Works with the Auditor and Manager to complete orders accurately
• Collaborate with team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfortable making multiple verification calls daily
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn
• Works well independently and as part of a team
