Midland Legal Assistant at Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law PC – Midland, Texas

Our growing criminal defense law firm seeks to add another Legal Assistant, in our Midland TX office, to service our growing client base starting immediately. We operate a busy and highly successful practice with 16 offices supporting over 130 Attorneys. We primarily handle criminal defense misdemeanors and felonies, focusing on DWI cases. We operate as a highly cooperative and collaborative firm, helping to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service. Our team is detail-oriented driving our growth into new and old markets.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assist clients via phone, email, and in person with questions or concerns
• Provide assistance to attorneys when requested
• Act as liaison between court clerks and the firm
• Enter new clients into the case management system and maintain the file
• Filing, backup phone operator & other clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Legal Assistant experience is required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required
