Position Summary

As a Chef de Partie at All Well, you will be responsible for managing and executing your assigned station during service. This role is focused on cooking, plating, and maintaining consistency under pressure. You’ll be expected to follow recipes accurately, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace while contributing to a smooth, organized kitchen. You should have a strong understanding of your station, anticipate needs during service, and help drive an efficient and high-quality operation.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own and manage your assigned station during service
  • Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain proper timing and communication with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure all items leaving your station meet quality and presentation expectations
  • Set up and break down your station before and after service
  • Maintain appropriate par levels and communicate needs to kitchen leadership
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage standards
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other stations to support overall kitchen flow
  • Assist with prep directly related to your station as needed
Requirements:

About You:

  • 2+ years of kitchen experience, with line experience required
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and ability to work a station independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
  • Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and execution
  • Able to take direction and adapt during service
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, and frequently reaching, bending, and stooping in a fast-paced kitchen environment
