About This Position
TL;DR: We're building out our B2B team - serving Parish, School, Diocesan, University, and Enterprise partners - and we’re looking for passionate, energetic summer interns to help us serve them. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with company leaders on high-impact projects and to do work that genuinely matters.
Interns have the opportunity to focus on one of three areas based on their interests and strengths:
- Sales Development - Support outreach to Catholic parishes and schools across the country. Research prospective partners, assist with sequencing and outreach campaigns, and help our SDR and AE teams build relationships with pastors and parish leaders. You'll learn what it takes to run a national B2B sales motion in a mission-driven context. By the end of the summer, you'll have contributed to live deals and have a firsthand understanding of how a high-growth B2B sales team operates.
- Partnership Operations - Work alongside our Partner Success team to support onboarding, engagement, and retention for our growing network of parish and school partners. Help partners get the most out of Hallow by sharing resources, coordinating check-ins, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.You'll finish the summer with real experience managing client relationships and a portfolio of work that directly impacted parish and school outcomes.
- Marketing & Go-To-Market - Contribute to campaigns that reach Catholic schools and parishes. Help build and maintain the systems that power our Parishes & Schools team and support the operational infrastructure that helps us scale our mission efficiently. Help develop campaigns, email sequences, seasonal content strategies, and go-to-market workflows that connect Hallow with the communities all over the country. You'll wrap up having launched or optimized a real campaign, built a GTM asset, or shipped something in our tech stack that the B2B team actively uses.

- Comp: We will pay competitive market rates for this hourly, part-time position.

$20 USD per hour
The above range for cash compensation refers to base hourly rate. This range is an initial estimate. Rates may vary depending on market or location and may be adjusted depending on the person we end up hiring for this role, their experience, and market dynamics.
