This role is a high-impact, strategic position focused on optimizing customer retention, renewals, and post-sale operations. You will partner closely with executive leadership to analyze complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and implement process improvements that reduce churn and enhance revenue performance. The position requires a combination of analytical rigor, operational expertise, and strong business acumen to design scalable workflows, reporting frameworks, and automation strategies. You will influence decisions across multiple teams, connecting data across the customer lifecycle, while leveraging AI and advanced tools to drive efficiency. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, driving optimization of the customer experience and renewals performance
  • Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights on customer retention, churn, and upsell/downsell trends
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and playbooks to inform decisions for the Customer Success organization and senior leadership
  • Define, scale, and streamline post-sales processes, including sales-to-CS handoffs, territory design, workflow optimization, and automation of manual tasks
  • Deliver concise recommendations grounded in comprehensive data analysis, root cause identification, and customer health tracking
  • Implement continuous improvements to reporting, processes, and technology stack to increase operational efficiency and visibility
  • Leverage AI tools to automate insights and enhance reporting accuracy, enabling faster and smarter decision-making
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success/Renewals Operations, FP&A, consulting, or finance, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently investigate data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations
  • Experience with CRM and revenue platforms such as Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Gong, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and QuotaPath; SQL skills a plus
  • Proven track record of collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver standardized and scalable reporting solutions
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to optimize workflows, reporting, and insights generation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to executives and diverse stakeholders clearly
  • Curious, resourceful, and able to make connections across disparate data sources without guidance
