Forklift Operator at True Fitness Technology Inc – O'Fallon, Missouri

As a Forklift Operator for TRUE, you will be responsible for pulling/shipping orders daily in a timely manner. Doing your part to contribute to our promise of superior customer support.

This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. Shipping hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm CST. In early 2026 this position will move to St. Charles, MO.

Here's what a typical day holds:

• Shipping/receiving orders utilizing Visibar/Scan gun process
• Process bills of lading ensuring accuracy of piece count
• Safely load LTL, truck load, and Container shipments
• Stock shelves using first in first out method
• Maintain a safe working environment by keeping aisles free of skids and debris and tidying up floors daily.

The skills you need to be successful in the role:

• Must have forklift experience.
• Must be able to work in a variable paced environment. Some weeks of the month are busier than others.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. of boxes on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time without sitting.

Physical requirements of the role:

• Frequent lifting is required.
• Physically shifting boxed strength equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Potential to walk up to 10,000 steps per day.
• Warehouse is subject to varying temperatures.
