Imperial Golf Club is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests.

The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and personalized service in a member-focused environment. This role ensures order accuracy, maintains a clean and organized service area, and supports overall front-of-house operations while upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to members and guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system (Jonas)
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring order accuracy
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, specials, and ingredients (including allergens)
• Make recommendations and enhance the overall guest experience
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns as needed
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations
• Assist with banquet and event service, including setup and breakdown
• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred (1+ year)
• Private club or banquet experience is a plus
• Experience with POS systems (Jonas preferred)
• Responsible Vendor and Food Handler Certifications preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs. with assistance)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shift

• Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability during peak season is essential
