Job Title: HVAC Comfort Advisor
Pay Structure: Base Salary + Commission
Position Summary:
SunVena is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. The Comfort Advisor is responsible for meeting with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, recommending appropriate HVAC solutions, recommending financing options based on the client's situation, and guiding customers through the purchase process. This role blends consultative sales, technical understanding, and exceptional customer service to ensure homeowners receive efficient, reliable comfort solutions for their homes.The ideal candidate is confident, personable and driven to exceed sales goals while delivering a professional and educational experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess HVAC system performance, comfort concerns, and replacement needs.
- Present HVAC system options, energy efficiency benefits, and financing solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals for system replacements, upgrades, and add-on products.
- Strong product knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality solutions, and efficiency standards.
- Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline tracking within the company CRM.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing product education.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HVAC sales, in-home sales, or related residential sales experience preferred
- Strong consultative sales and closing skills
- Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems and equipment (or willingness to learn quickly)
- General understanding of how to present and sell with financing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to homeowners in an easy-to-understand way
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Bilingual skills is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary + Commission Structure

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform in-home evaluations which may include climbing stairs, entering attics or crawl spaces as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent driving to customer homes within the service area.
