Floorcare Technician I at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: The Floor Care Technician is responsible for scheduling floor care duties, cleaning duties and special projects. They are responsible for overseeing and maintaining all types of floors in the existing facility and off-site facilities, as well as maintaining all floor care equipment. Responsible for ensuring floors are being completed in a safe and aseptic environment, all flooring surfaces are left in a clean, presentable condition.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Solid ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
