Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable of all security equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective security operationsAssist guests with room access, conducting/ assisting with emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, and key control auditMonitor hotel surveillance cameras and alarm systemsAssist guests and employees during emergency situationsRespond to all accidents, contacting EMS or administering Aid/CPR as requiredGather information to complete reports while maintaining confidentialityDefuse disturbances in accordance with hotel policies and proceduresProvide additional assistance in areas outside of traditional security positions to include Front Office Operations and Engineering Qualifications:

Previous relevant Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotelAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong verbal and written communication skills with guests, visitors, and hotel staffProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to obtain a certification in CPR and First Aid TrainingThe position requires the ability to walk stairs, climb ladders, and conduct security patrols. The ability to lift, bend, push and pull items weighing up to 50 lbsStrong guest service experience is necessary
