This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact partner program, working with a diverse portfolio of agencies, consultants, and system integrators. You will own partner revenue performance, recruit new strategic partners, and develop activation processes that turn engagement into consistent sales. As a founding member of a small, entrepreneurial team, you will define the playbook for partner success, coach partners on business and sales strategies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize co-selling opportunities. This is a fully remote role where your contributions will directly influence revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term partner program strategy.
- Manage a portfolio of ~150 partners, driving revenue growth, developing account plans, and conducting regular business reviews.
- Recruit and onboard 15-30 new high-value partners per quarter, ensuring quick ramp-up and first deal achievement within 60 days.
- Build repeatable processes to activate dormant partners and scale engagement across the partner network.
- Enable partners to sell effectively through product training, sales playbooks, demo support, competitive positioning, and deal strategy coaching.
- Coordinate with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth co-selling and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain the partner program playbook, including tiering strategies, engagement cadences, incentives, and reporting standards.
- Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate partner performance, drive continuous improvement, and optimize program effectiveness.
- 5–7+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, managing partner relationships, onboarding, enabling, and growing partner portfolios.
- Proven track record of revenue ownership (~$1.5M+ annually) with clear understanding of partner KPIs, activation rates, sell-through frequency, and pipeline coverage.
- Equal parts hunter and farmer, capable of prospecting and recruiting new partners while nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to coach partners, analyze business models, and advise on strategies to increase sales performance.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguous environments and capable of creating scalable systems and processes.
- Deep understanding of partner economics, incentive design, activation models, and tiering strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration, and business acumen.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working fully remote, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive compensation with organization-wide goal-based bonus.
- Generous PTO: 5 weeks upon joining + Winter Holiday Break; 2 additional PTO days per year of service.
- 80% work option: choose between a 5-day week or 4-day week at 80% pay.
- Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
- Sabbatical: 1 month paid leave after 5 years of service.
- Healthcare for US residents: medical, dental, vision with HSA option and dependent care FSA.
- 401(k) plan with 6% company match and immediate vesting.
- Fully remote, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment with opportunities for global team retreats and professional growth.
