Project Manager at Abstrakt Marketing Group LLC – Las Vegas, Nevada

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Eberhard Southwest Roofing.

Organizational Level: Reports directly to Vice President. Works collectively with superintendents and office staff.

Job Performance:

• Must have thorough product knowledge and understanding of specification reading.
• Conducts online drawing take-offs (blue prints) as well as field take offs (for reroof projects), creates estimates, write proposals and bids.
• Responsible for accuracy and management of projects to attain cost and profitability goals.
• Responsible for successful completion of the project, not just for sales.
• Works directly with customers and field supers in the execution of the project.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Represents company at sales functions and public relations opportunities.

Working Conditions: Mostly office environment but will also perform field visits to jobsites as needed. May attend weekly subcontractor meetings with GC’s at jobsites

• Knowledge, skill, and ability in sales, estimating, and project management principles, project accounting, roofing industry knowledge, and people skills.
• Degree is not required, but some college level training is preferred.
• Knowledge of office software including excel, word, blue beam and adobe acrobat.
