This role requires calm decision making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.

Required:
- Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certificate or able to obtain within one year of hire.
Desired:
- One year previous EMS or healthcare experience
- Associate Degree
