Purpose of the Position:
To support and improve customer service levels and operational performance by translating sales demand into aligned, executable production and procurement plans. This role ensures accurate demand planning, effective coordination across Sales and Operations, and reliable data inputs to planning tools and systems.
Position Summary:
As an integral part of the Supply Chain team, the Sales & Operations Planning Analyst serves as the primary connection between Sales and Operations. The role focuses on interpreting demand forecasts, managing planning tools and data, and coordinating cross‑functional activities to ensure production schedules and procurement plans align with anticipated demand. The Sales & Operations Planning Analyst monitors upcoming demand, identifies risks and constraints, and works proactively with stakeholders to support on‑time production, promotions, and customer fulfillment.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Interpret sales forecasts, promotional plans, and demand signals provided by the Sales team.
- Ensure demand forecasts are accurately entered, updated, and maintained within Excel-based planning tools and the company’s ERP system.
- Translate sales demand into actionable production and procurement requirements, considering lead times, capacity, and inventory constraints.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of Excel-based planning and analytical tools used to support production and procurement decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and other internal teams to align demand plans with execution capabilities.
- Track and manage interconnected schedules related to production, procurement, and promotional timelines.
- Proactively identify potential risks to supply, production, or deadlines and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate changes in demand, priorities, and timelines clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Summarize and explain complex planning scenarios and data-driven insights to stakeholders not directly involved in daily operational activities.
- Participate in regular demand, supply, and forecasting meetings.
- Ensure follow-up on action items and commitments across departments to keep plans on track.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex and interconnected planning information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support planning decisions.
- Experience working with ERP systems and demand planning tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Project management mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Post secondary certificate and/or degree required
- 3-5 years experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related discipline. Special consideration will be given to candidates with consumer facing experience (B2C)

Objet du poste
L’opérateur(trice) de mise en route et de maintenance des lignes est responsable d’effectuer les réglages planifiés des lignes d’emballage de produits liquides et secs, et d’agir comme relève de production durant les pauses ou en cas de pénurie de personnel. L’objectif principal et la responsabilité clé du poste consistent à assurer une mise en route des équipements et des machines efficace et fiable, à encadrer les opérateurs lors des réglages et à veiller à ce que les lignes d’emballage soient prêtes pour une production complète et efficiente avant chaque quart de travail prévu. Le résultat attendu de ce poste est la réduction des temps d’arrêt et des délais d’attente sur les lignes d’emballage.
Tâches et responsabilités• Favoriser et promouvoir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et positif pour tous les employés, visiteurs et entrepreneurs.
• Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et former le personnel sur les procédures opératoires normalisées (PON) relatives à la mise en route et à l’utilisation des équipements.
• Mettre l’accent sur l’amélioration continue des réglages des équipements et des lignes, en soumettant des idées et des suggestions d’amélioration au superviseur de la maintenance ou par l’intermédiaire des systèmes technologiques disponibles. Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes, au besoin, pour la mise en œuvre de projets d’amélioration continue visant la réduction des coûts, l’amélioration de la sécurité, de l’efficacité et de la précision de la production.
• S’assurer que les lignes d’emballage concernées ainsi que les équipements et machines connexes sont réglés de manière optimale et efficiente afin de maximiser l’efficacité, la qualité et la précision de la production pour le prochain quart de travail prévu.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des activités de maintenance autonome, incluant l’élaboration et l’application de calendriers quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels de maintenance autonome. Offrir la formation requise aux opérateurs sur les activités de maintenance autonome.
• Effectuer le dépannage des équipements et des machines ne fonctionnant pas de manière optimale, en impliquant d’autres parties prenantes au besoin.
• Assurer le remplacement des opérateurs de lignes d’emballage durant les pauses, selon les besoins.
• Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle interne (opérateurs d’emballage, chefs d’équipe, chefs d’atelier et superviseur de production).
• Participer à d’autres projets, au besoin, axés sur l’efficacité, la qualité et la précision de la production.
• Effectuer toute autre tâche ou responsabilité connexe assignée.
Qualifications souhaitées• De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en exploitation de machines dans un environnement manufacturier requis, avec une préférence pour une expérience en exploitation électromécanique de lignes de production dans un environnement de production alimentaire, incluant l’embouteillage, l’emballage et la production générale.
• Toute formation postsecondaire pertinente en électronique, en automatisation ou en mécanique industrielle constitue un atout.
• Excellente attention aux détails et à la précision, bonne aptitude mécanique et solides compétences en dépannage requises.
• Solides compétences en travail d’équipe, en collaboration et en service à la clientèle requises.
• Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et en communication requises.
• Connaissance et expérience des principes HACCP et des Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) constituent un atout.
• Doit être à l’aise et compétent dans l’utilisation de systèmes informatiques et de logiciels de base (ex. : MS Office).
