- Serve as the subject-matter expert on distributor and aggregator systems, translating operational realities into clear integration and process requirements.
- Define and standardize integration frameworks, including APIs, EDI patterns, and data synchronization models to ensure scalable partner connectivity.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for internal engineering, data, and platform teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders to resolve complex transactability challenges.
- Identify and improve end-to-end channel transaction processes, reducing friction and improving speed, accuracy, and partner experience.
- Ensure accurate and consistent transaction data capture to enable reporting, analytics, and performance visibility across the channel ecosystem.
- Support evaluation of partner-facing tools and platforms by assessing integration feasibility and scalability.
- Lead resolution of critical transaction failures and ensure root-cause analysis and long-term remediation.
- Document processes, assumptions, and integration standards to ensure smooth operational handover and long-term scalability.
- 15+ years of experience in channel operations, commerce strategy, business systems, or GTM systems roles within global B2B technology environments.
- Strong hands-on experience working with distributors and/or aggregators, including system integration and operational alignment.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and full channel transaction lifecycles (ordering, renewals, entitlements).
- Proven expertise in integration models such as APIs, EDI, data mapping, and transaction/event-based architectures.
- Strong ability to operate across both technical and business stakeholders, translating between systems teams and commercial leaders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, Operations, RevOps, and Technology organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex, ambiguous, cross-system issues.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable requirements.
- Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
- Global experience working across distributed teams and international partner ecosystems.
- Competitive compensation with total target earnings based on geographic zone and experience level
