Job Title: Waitstaff / Server

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Respond to customer inquiries about the menu and recommend dishes or beverages as appropriate
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure that each guest receives exactly what they ordered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including cleaning after each use and re-stocking utensils and condiments
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing cash and card payments
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support a positive work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
