In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Understand that food safety and restaurant cleanliness are imperative to daily operations

• Ability to clearly communicate with your managers
• Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
• Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
• Practice FIFO
