Join Us in Transforming Healthcare Education

At Joyce University, we believe every student can, should, and will succeed—and financial aid advisors play a vital role in making that belief a reality. As a Financial Aid Advisor, you’ll do more than process paperwork—you’ll guide students and families through one of the most important decisions of their educational journey with clarity, care, and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of service, compliance, and student advocacy, and who wants their work to directly impact lives and future healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do

As a Financial Aid Advisor, you will serve as a trusted resource for students and families by:

  • Guiding students through the financial aid process, from FAFSA completion to award packaging
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial aid applications to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional aid
  • Awarding and adjusting aid packages in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
  • Counseling students and families through individual appointments, workshops, phone calls, email, and virtual tools
  • Managing verification files, resolving discrepancies, and submitting required corrections
  • Evaluating special and unusual circumstances with sound judgment and empathy
  • Collaborating across departments to support enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction
  • Presenting at orientations, information sessions, and student forums
  • Supporting exit counseling for students who withdraw or graduate
  • Contributing to team initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and university events

Your work ensures students have access to the resources they need—and the confidence to move forward.

What’s in It for You

At Joyce University, we believe taking care of our people is essential to taking care of our students. When you join our team, you’ll be supported with benefits designed to help you thrive—professionally and personally.

  • A generous self-directed PTO policy that supports balance and flexibility
  • Paid holidays and a 401(k) with employer match
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Fully paid short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Professional development opportunities and world-class continuing education assistance
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment where your voice is valued
