Job Description
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for conducting various research and product development activities to support department objectives. This position does not have supervisory responsibility.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical environment – paint or coatings industry preferred.
KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma with some STEM emphasis desired. Associate degree in Science or Technology preferred. Directly applicable work experience or 4-year degree is highly valued and required for Sr. Research Technician.
SKILLS:
The base salary anticipated is $30.00 per hour for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, actual compensation may vary and will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors. Isolatek International reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on company and personal performance.
