This role is central to driving customer retention and long-term value realization within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will be responsible for managing the renewal lifecycle, ensuring customers continue to derive value from enterprise software solutions while minimizing churn risk. Acting as a key link between customers and internal teams, you will proactively identify renewal risks, address client concerns, and support seamless contract renewals. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Contract Operations to ensure alignment across the customer journey. You will also engage with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers, to communicate product value and secure renewals. This is a high-impact role suited for a commercially minded professional who thrives in relationship management, problem-solving, and revenue retention.
- Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and achievement of renewal quotas and revenue targets.
- Identify at-risk accounts early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to improve retention outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Contract Operations teams to resolve customer issues impacting renewals.
- Work alongside Sales teams to track upsell and cross-sell opportunities within renewal accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal data, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
- Communicate product value and business impact effectively to stakeholders, including senior and executive-level decision-makers.
- Ensure smooth contract negotiations and alignment across legal, technical, and operational stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer renewals, account management, or SaaS/software sales roles.
- Proven experience managing subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, software sales, or enterprise technology environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or enterprise software platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act independently and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to meet or exceed performance targets.
