Accountabilities

You will lead the commercial and technical positioning of screw compressor products across the U.S. market, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business strategy, and product development. You will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams while driving growth initiatives and improving market penetration.

  • Represent screw compressor product strategy and technical positioning in North America
  • Support key account management across industrial, energy, and distribution markets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve growth and booking targets
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support deal negotiation and closure
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Lead customer engagement activities including site visits, events, and technical discussions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to enhance customer operations and satisfaction
  • Contribute to annual operating plans, KPIs tracking, and performance reporting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance CRM data quality and insights
  • Act as technical point of contact for customer issues, ensuring resolution and follow-up
Requirements

This role requires strong mechanical engineering expertise combined with proven experience in product management, business development, and technical sales within industrial equipment environments. You should be confident operating in complex customer-facing situations and managing cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on engineering experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in mechanical engineering preferred
  • Strong knowledge of screw compressors or rotating equipment in industrial applications
  • Experience in product management, business development, or technical sales roles
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer-driven product strategy
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
