As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful implementation of privacy solutions such as expert determinations, state opinion letters, and process reports for enterprise healthcare clients. You will serve as a strategic delivery partner, guiding organizations through complex privacy and regulatory challenges while ensuring secure, compliant, and value-driven data sharing. This position combines consultative client leadership, program management, and cross-functional coordination across technical, operational, and compliance teams. You will not only oversee execution but also shape how privacy solutions are delivered at scale across the healthcare ecosystem, directly influencing trust, compliance, and data usability.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of privacy solution engagements, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-delivery outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate HIPAA-compliant data sharing, privacy requirements, and risk alignment
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across internal teams such as product, engineering, data science, and operations
- Ensure accurate tracking of delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones using established project management tools
- Develop and maintain strong executive-level client relationships to support long-term engagement success and retention
- Define and refine delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for scalable privacy solution implementation
- Establish success metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure client impact, adoption, and operational effectiveness
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities through data insights, feedback loops, and delivery performance analysis
- Support cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution of privacy and data governance initiatives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in delivery management, consulting, program management, or client-facing implementation roles
- Proven experience managing complex, external stakeholder engagements with strong scope, timeline, and expectation management
- Strong understanding of healthcare data environments, ideally including HIPAA-regulated or privacy-sensitive data workflows
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including technical, analytics, product, and operations stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, agile environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into clear client guidance
- Experience with project management tools and structured delivery methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative and client-focused mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in both leadership and hands-on delivery roles
