Position: Server
Location: 1040 N 54th Street, Chandler, AZ 85226
Shift: Evening, Nights, Weekends (Brunch), Holidays (Mandatory)
Starting Salary: $12.15 base salary plus tips
Expected Hours: 25 35 per week (Based on business needs)
Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and polished Fine Dining Server to join our hospitality team. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated guest experience through exceptional service, deep menu and wine knowledge, and a refined understanding of finedining standards. The ideal candidate is poised, attentive, and committed to creating memorable, hightouch dining experiences for every guest.
This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fastpaced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service consistent with finedining standards
- Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering questions with confidence
- Maintain expertlevel knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and pairings
- Execute precise table service, including coursing, pacing, and presentation
- Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining a calm and polished demeanor
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of service areas, side work, and station readiness
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Follow all restaurant policies, safety procedures, and service protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finedining or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and culinary terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining grace and composure
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Attention to Detail - Keen eye for table settings, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Team-Oriented Mindset - Collaborative attitude and willingness to support all aspects of front-of-house operations
- Physical Stamina - Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Professional Appearance - Neat, well-groomed, and dressed according to upscale service standards
- Food Safety Awareness - Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of supperclub service
- Exposure to POS or Table Management Systems - Experience with platforms like Toast, OpenTable, or similar tools
- Strong Visual Memory - Quick recall of table numbers, guest preferences, and dish details
- Required: Food Handler Card and Title 4 Certifications
