HVAC Lead Duct Installer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duct Lead to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and inspection of ductwork systems within our projects. What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise duct installation teams to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine ductwork requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of duct systems
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to duct installation and system performance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of work activities, inspections, and reports
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in ductwork installation, maintenance, or supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to HVAC and construction sites
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various site conditions
