- Develop and maintain clear, differentiated messaging frameworks that effectively communicate the value of multiple education products and services to schools and districts.
- Create high-impact sales and district-facing materials including one-pagers, presentations, pitch decks, and instructional content.
- Translate complex educational concepts, instructional approaches, and research findings into accessible and persuasive marketing content for educators, administrators, parents, and curriculum committees.
- Partner closely with Product, Academics, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support product launches, align messaging, and drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Support customer engagement and adoption efforts through in-product messaging, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
- Establish scalable documentation systems, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure cross-functional coordination across marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve messaging effectiveness, adoption, and customer engagement.
- Help define and shape the future of the product marketing function by building foundational processes and strategic frameworks.
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within EdTech or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, branding, product launches, and customer-focused content development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, highly organized environments.
- Strong project management and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Deep curiosity about customer challenges and the ability to align messaging with user needs and market demands.
- Preferred experience in K-12 education, literacy or curriculum products, or familiarity with district purchasing and adoption cycles.
- Experience building or helping establish a new function within an organization is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
- Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 – $115,000, based on experience.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- HSA and FSA options, including dependent care and limited-purpose plans.
- Company-sponsored life insurance with supplemental coverage options.
- 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer safe harbor match.
