About This Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed)Department: Installation | Reports to: Bend Install ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to lead high-quality HVAC installations for residential new construction projects, with additional retrofit and replacement work as needed. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving job progress, maintaining installation quality, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring every install reflects our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experience.This role is ideal for a seasoned installer who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and enjoys teaching and partnering with teammates to get the job done right.What You’ll DoLead residential new construction HVAC installations and retrofit replacementsInstall furnaces, air handlers, ACs, heat pumps, duct systems, gas piping, venting, and line setsPerform system start-up, commissioning, and basic troubleshootingRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and schematicsEnsure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and local codesPrepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sitesMentor and train apprentices through hands-on leadershipComplete job documentation, checklists, and timecards accurately and on timeInteract professionally with homeowners, builders, inspectors, and internal teamsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of HVAC installation experienceStrong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practicesProven ability to lead crews and manage job timelinesAbility to read plans and schematicsSkilled in brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant chargingFamiliarity with local mechanical codes and safety standardsValid driver’s license and insurable driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug screeningEPA certification and ServiceTitan experience preferredAbility to obtain and maintain NATE certification preferredWhat We OfferEmployer-paid medical insuranceEmployer-paid short-term & long-term disability and life insuranceMonthly employer contribution to HSAPaid time off6 paid holidays8 paid hours annually for community service401(k) with employer matchOur VisionWe improve lives through ideal indoor environments.Our MissionOur team is driven to provide extraordinary experiences and create life-improving indoor environments.Our ValuesIntegrity: We do the right thing—always.Respect: We value people, time, and trust.Compassion: We care deeply and lead with positivity.Sustainability: We think long-term and build lasting solutions.If you’re a high-performing installer who takes pride in quality work, safety, and mentoring others—we’d love to have you on our team.
