Licensed Practical Nurse (Assisted Living) in Washington, Illinois at Chapters Living of Washington

• Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Documenting resident care plans and progress notes.
• Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members.
