About This Position

Position Description:

Are you a proven operational leader passionate about making a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare? As a Program Administrator, you’ll oversee the overall operations of our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) serving youth and adolescents—ensuring quality, trauma-informed services, strong clinical outcomes, and a safe, structured environment for those in our care. This role requires a high level of operational oversight to support 24/7 programming, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner closely with clinical leadership to meet the complex needs of the population served.

You will be responsible for driving program performance, ensuring financial stability, and upholding compliance with all company, state, and client expectations. In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership, guide staff development, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and the community—while keeping the needs of patients at the center of every decision.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership for the program by setting goals, establishing objectives, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Direct and evaluate all program functions, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop, interpret, and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure program health, safety, and security standards are met for patients, employees, and property.
  • Oversee fiscal management, including budget planning, monitoring, and financial performance.
  • Conduct assessments and deliver treatment services, when applicable, based on education and licensure.
  • Drive continuous improvement to benefit the company, community, and patients.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in mental health, healthcare administration, or related discipline (required)
  • Master’s or doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in psychology, social work, or administrative discipline (preferred)
  • Experience

  • 3+ years in a management role, ideally with experience serving individuals with mental health diagnoses (preferred)
  • Licensure/Certifications

  • State psychologist license (preferred)
  • Why Join Us?

This role is more than program oversight—it’s about shaping services that change lives. You’ll lead a dedicated team, foster innovation, and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. If you’re ready to use your leadership and clinical expertise to strengthen programs and communities, we want to hear from you.
