Mental Health Therapist Associate or Licensed at A Place of Growth – Lawnndale, California

A group private practice where all of your hours are paid, not just the sessions completed, including paid supervision, training, and documentation time. This is a full-time position of 32 to 40 hours per week. Our office is centrally located in San Diego, CA and we have fully remote or in-office positions available. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy appointments in a lowest level of care outpatient setting. Our remote position allows for the flexibility of residing anywhere in California as long as you hold a CA BBS license or associate license. We value work-life balance with a 4-day work week and you are Not on call to your clients. We are only open 7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday which means No Evenings Or Weekends are required. Weekly individual supervision is provided for associate and licensed therapists for ongoing consultation and support. We do offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision (covered at 75%), life insurance (covered at 100%), 401k plan, and pet insurance, and those all start the 1st of the first full month following the date of hire. We also offer sick and paid time off and holidays. We have a great training program for ongoing CEUs including DBT, ACT, Gottman, CPT, PE, CBT-Insomnia, Grief and Loss, ERP, EFT, and more! We value clinical growth and providing quality care to our clients. Reimbursement is provided for license renewal fees, as well as for law and ethics and licensing exam preparation materials. The main office handles all advertising, billing, and insurance paneling so you get to focus on the important clinical work with your clients. For remote work, office equipment is provided including a sitting/standing desk, ergonomic chair, Imac computer, and phone system so you do Not need to use your personal devices to conduct your telehealth sessions. For in-office work, you are provided with a newly renovated office space, a Macbook to document your sessions from, phone system, and there is gym access and a cafe on site. We have optional bi-monthly team gatherings to promote self-care and team building.

Responsibilities
* Weekly Individual Consultation provided for all with a licensed clinical supervisor
* 3-5 minutes of concurrent documentation per session

* Follow mandated reporting requirements
* Safety planning

Qualifications
* Masters Degree in relevant field
* Licensed in the State of California as an associate or independently licensed.
* Private space in the home for telehealth (remote/hybrid positions)
* No BBS issues with licensure
* Enjoy providing therapy
* Following Mandated reporting requirements
* Knowledge of the use of Electronic Health Records

Compensation
* $80,000 - $102,000 yearly
