About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Load Puller / Dispatch Support team member to join our Uxbridge Distribution Center. This role is critical to ensuring materials are pulled accurately, loads are built efficiently, and deliveries are ready to meet customer expectations.

This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse and yard work with exposure to dispatch operations. During the first part of the day, you will support load building, receiving, and general operations. In the afternoon, you will assist with dispatch coordination and preparing the next day’s deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Pull and stage materials accurately based on sales orders and pick tickets
• Build and prepare loads for delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation
• Receive incoming materials and stock inventory in correct locations
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Support multiple areas of the operation as needed (floater role)
• Scan and process sales orders, journey manifests, and pick tickets
• Assist with dispatch by organizing next-day deliveries and assigning work
• Ensure all updates and changes to pick tickets are completed accurately and in real time
• Communicate effectively with drivers, sales staff, and customers to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a lumber yard, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
• Familiarity with dispatch or logistics operations

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
