YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the global and cross-divisional Headcount Actual & Outlook process
- Assisting with annual global and cross-divisional Headcount budget planning
- Executing standard HR Analytics reporting requirements
- Creating ad-hoc analyses
- Supporting the global staffing request process
- Supporting global HR master data quality checks
- Interacting and communicating with HR Analytics stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Business) as needed
- Taking on specific tasks within HR Analytics special projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent language skills: written and spoken German and English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic
