Groundskeeper at CMG Holdings Corporate – Houston, Texas

Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping environments clean, safe, and welcoming? American Communities is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our property.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining landscaping, cleaning common areas, inspecting and replacing outdoor lighting, assisting with minor painting, and supporting the maintenance team as needed. Your work plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for residents and guests.
