Senior Manager, Partner Strategy & Analytics

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Strategy & Analytics in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and partner ecosystem growth, driving how a global go-to-market organization measures and accelerates partner performance. You will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly influence revenue growth, partner productivity, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will shape the direction of partner programs and identify high-impact growth opportunities across segmentation, incentives, and expansion strategies. The role combines advanced analytics with business strategy, requiring both technical depth and strong storytelling ability. You will also help define the metrics and frameworks that become the source of truth for partner performance. This is a high-visibility position where your insights directly shape scaling decisions in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the definition and evolution of partner performance metrics that drive revenue growth, partner effectiveness, and program success.
  • Own end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem framing through insight delivery, ensuring clear and measurable business impact.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build and scale dashboards, reporting systems, and data models to serve as the single source of truth for partner performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align partner strategy with broader go-to-market objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities across the partner ecosystem, including segmentation, incentives, and expansion strategies.
  • Mentor and develop analytics talent, elevating analytical rigor, storytelling, and strategic impact across the team.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making in the design, execution, and optimization of partner programs.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or a related field, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, marketplace, or partner-driven business environments.
  • Strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.
  • Advanced experience working with large datasets and tools such as SQL and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and defining key performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with extensive relevant experience.
  • Nice to have: experience in partner ecosystems, channel sales, RevOps, or customer success analytics, as well as familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or similar platforms.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives and participation in equity programs.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting remote collaboration and work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off and global flexibility to support rest and recovery.
  • Retirement savings plan (e.g., 401(k) where applicable).
  • Strong focus on learning, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Access to a global, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment.
