We are currently searching for one full-time Facility Director to join our team at State College Commercial Division. This position will be responsible for managing various commercial office properties in State College, Pa. A PA Real Estate License is preferred. Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations.
• Interact with commercial maintenance technicians.
• Daily follow up with tenants and service vendors.
• Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.
• Show and lease space available.

• PA Real Estate License is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to follow up and work independently.
• Must be able to pass FBI background check.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
