Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must possess current CPR/First Aid certificates or be able to obtain them within 10 days of hire date. Must possess current Standard Precautions certificate or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire date.. Bilingual in Spanish desired.
A background check and fingerprinting are required. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to operate various automobiles, including 14-passenger vans. CDL not required for this position.
Leader I: Three (3) months (455 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children under six (6) years of age who are not related to the individual.
Leader II: At least 21 years of age, two (2) years college, six (6) months (910 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children under six (6) years of age who are not related to the individual.
