Dishwasher in Las Vegas, Nevada at WYWH Red Rock LLC

Pay Rate: $17/per hour

Position Summary:

Ensure all service/kitchen-wares are clean and sanitized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver.
• Separate and remove trash and place it in the designated containers.
• Sweep and mop floors; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift.
• Walk the floors and pick up any room service/bar trays.
• Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen, and the entire venue.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the dish machine.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
