• Administrative Support: Manage project files, schedules, and reports, and provide general administrative assistance.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, track milestones, and communicate with contractors and clients.
• Permitting & Compliance: Handle permits, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records and assist in generating project updates, financial reports, and audit preparations.

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certification or associate degree is a plus).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and be available for occasional nights/weekends as needed.
