Job Description:

As the Roofing Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing project production, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage crews, coordinate materials, and maintain strict quality control standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in driving efficiency and success across our roofing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to contract specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Crew Management:
  • Supervise and manage roofing crews, providing guidance and support.
  • Schedule and allocate crew resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
  • Train and mentor crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Material Management:
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of roofing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize waste.
• Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Customer Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce all OSHA and company safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Ensure all crew members are properly trained in safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in roofing production management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints1 and project specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
