Human Resources Intern in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey at Hudson Technologies Inc

Position Overview

The HR Intern will provide administrative and project management support in various areas of HR including orientation and onboarding, sourcing and scheduling, learning management system implementation, HRIS reporting, and employee engagement.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with team in the execution of various employee engagement activities
• Attending team meetings, keeping notes, and assisting in tracking to-dos.
• Help Generalist in the implementation of LMS including tracking of learning activities and reports.
• Support team in execution of I-9 audit and documents’ filing.
• Assist TA Manager with sourcing and scheduling candidates, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Manage the cleanup of HR online files and folders.
• Collaborate with the team to create and deliver an Intranet.
• Assist Generalist with the development of a new onboarding and Orientation program.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with the completion of ESG report.
• Support director in the development of annual Board Presentation
• Support team with the development of Town Hall presentations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior college student in related field
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, accurate and flexible
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Maintain confidential business matters and information with discretion
