Dishwasher at TDI Development, LLC – Tulsa, Oklahoma

List of general duties but not limited to:

• Clean dishes/wares drying properly & not wet stacked
• Pancake guns disassembled, cleaned, & put away
• Clean dish area hand sink
• Clean all walls & stainless surfaces
• Drain & clean all sinks
• Drain, power off, & wipe down dish machine
• Sweep, scrub, squeegee all floors & clean out drains
• Take out all trash & boxes
• Dish racks organized & cup dollies clean
• Area reset for tomorrow: glass racks; pans for silver/ramekins
• Prepare sanitizer buckets for tomorrow
• Clean out mop sink; Brooms, dust pans, and squeegees stored
