Business Development Specialist at Rory Hock - Don't Just Dream, Do – Miami, Florida

Rory Hock is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in a remote capacity.The Business Development Representative is responsible for online and offline marketing to attract leads and inform them about our courses and events.This person will be wanting to develop their business skills. They will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads generated through various marketing channels.Interview to qualify to receive information on our award-winning products and courses. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.
• Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Plug into our automated system to keep prospects informed and up to date with what we have to offer

Requirements:

• A willingness to learn new processes and systems
• Hands-on experience with multiple marketing techniques (NO cold calling, we generate leads through marketing channels)
• Experience with CRM software
• Familiarity basic computer functions - all that is needed is a laptop and phone
• Understanding of sales performance metrics to track and measure effectiveness of varous marketing campaigns in generating enquiries
