Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Deliver superior guest service by responding to guest needs in a professional, efficient manner
• Oversee hiring to maintain appropriately staffed restaurant
• Create weekly schedules
• Train and develop team in order to produce future all stars
• Monitor and assess staff performance
• Coach and mentor staff on performance issues
• Promote your brand in order to meet sales expectations
• Be a good neighbor and form community partnerships
• Track and report inventory
• Monitor financial results
• Maintain inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of progressive responsibility in management/supervision
• Direct experience with P & L including analyzing financial reports and data
• Strong Customer Service background
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and make effective decisions quickly
• Ability to remain calm and rational under pressure

Pay Range: $48K-$55K
